By using GuideMe, you agree to these terms. Don’t use the app if you disagree.

2. App Purpose
GuideMe connects travelers and local guides. You are responsible for your behavior in and outside the app.

3. Accounts

• You must be 18+
• Provide true info
• Keep your password safe

4. Payments

• All bookings must go through the app
• Guides set their rates
• We charge a platform fee
• Refunds follow our cancellation policy

5. User Rules
You agree to:

• Follow the law
• Respect others
• Don’t lie, scam, or act inappropriately
• Don’t post offensive content

6. Content Rights
You own your uploads (like profile pics) but let us use them to run the app.

7. Account Termination
We can suspend or delete your account for breaking rules.
You can delete your account anytime in the app.

8. Disclaimers

• We are not a tour operator or employer
• We don’t guarantee guides or experiences
• You use the app at your own risk

9. Limitation of Liability
We’re not responsible for injuries, lost money, or lost data caused by using the app.

10. Changes
We may change these terms. Keep using the app = you accept the new terms.
